About
Thirty years in luxury hotels and travel, in Milan and abroad, on the commercial side of the business.
I am a senior luxury hospitality executive with over 30 years of international experience in commercial strategy, sales and marketing, brand positioning and business development. Since autumn 2026 I have been Group Director of Commercial Strategy at Italian Hospitality Collection, home to Chia Laguna in Sardinia and the Tuscan spa resorts Fonteverde, Bagni di Pisa and Grotta Giusti.
Most recently I served as Head of Hospitality at Itaca Luxury Collection, where I led the development of the hospitality division and its brand identity, including Nilaa Coral Island, a private-island resort in the Maldives. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer of Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts, I built the group's commercial organisation from scratch and led the repositioning of its five-star properties into the luxury segment, with a primary focus on the American market.
My background spans both individual luxury properties, as head of sales and marketing at Hotel Principe di Savoia (Dorchester Collection) and Armani Hotel Milano, and corporate roles with Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences, Hilton, Le Méridien and InterContinental Hotels Group. I also co-founded WishItalia, a luxury concierge and consultancy firm, and advised fashion and jewellery houses including Bulgari, Giampiero Bodino and Belstaff.
